This news is about business in Bangkok from http://superadrianme.com/2010/05/21/do-not-disturb-slow-melting-in-progress/, the news is on 20 August, 4 D Communications and HD Distributor Company (Thailand). They are manufactures and distributes ice cream, Haagen Dazs. Wuthichai Rattanasumaworg who is president of this company. He creates a menu is “Sushi Platter”. It is ice cream that design look like sushi, Japanese food. This is the first time in Thailand that ice cream has the design like this.
In my opinion I think design is very important for business. If ice cream has a same design like a ball on the cup or cone. Everybody think every brand is the same, they may choose the brand that near their home. So, Haagen Dazs use a design to promote their brand. I think this news is a good example for improve a business in Thailand.
